Mr. Vishev is a Certified Site Safety Manager, OSHA Instructor, and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) with 30 years of construction experience. He is responsible for the company's day-to-day field operations. Prior to working at Site Safety, Mr. Vishev was Chief Inspector of the B.E.S.T. Squad of the Department of Buildings. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing all new high-rise site-safety projects and demolitions in all five boroughs. He is also a former NYC Chapter President of the American Society of Safety Professionals.

Mr. Vishev worked for Long & Delosa Construction Corp., where he supervised construction projects ranging from hospital emergency suites, medical centers, restaurants and multiple-dwellings. He received his Civil Engineering degree from the Vitebsk's Technological University, his Associate of Applied Science degree in HVAC Technology from Technical Career Institute and advanced studies in Construction Technology from the New York Institute of Design and Construction. He also lectures at Columbia University and Steven's Institute of Technology.
