The New York City Building Code has changed for Construction Superintendents!

• On June 1, 2022, Supers will only be able to manage 5 projects!
• On January 1, 2024, Supers will only be able to manage 3 projects!
• On January 1, 2026, Supers will only be able to manage 1 project!

(Supers may manage cluster jobs as long as they are not Major Buildings).
