The S-56 Certificate of Fitness is mandatory whenever a Site Safety Manager or Site Safety Coordinator is required by the NYC Building Code. We can provide a Construction Site Fire Safety Manager (CSFSM) who will perform daily inspections for housekeeping, fire extinguishers, no smoking enforcement, standpipes, sprinklers, hoists, and egress, as per the FDNY requirements.
