To All of our Valued Clients:
Due to the impact of COVID-19, Site Safety is actively monitoring the developments and guidance being provided by our government agencies, specifically from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Construction Research and Training (CPWR), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and local, state, and federal governments.
For more than 20 years, Site Safety has been evaluating risks and mitigating hazards for our clients. That is why we have prepared the attached sample Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan which you can tailor for your specific worksite(s) to protect the safety and health of your workforce during this pandemic.
We have also listed below some general recommendations:
EPA has developed a list of approved disinfectants. Some include:
EPA - List N: Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2 https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-disinfectants-use-against-sars-cov-2
Please join me in protecting the health of our workforce, their families, and the more vulnerable members of our community, which remains our top priority. We will monitor this crisis and communicate updates as needed.
I hope this information is helpful. Please plan today to be safe tomorrow.
