The Façade Inspection Safety Program (Local Law 11) requires that owners of buildings of more than six stories above grade have their exterior walls inspected every 5 years. We can draft these plans and self-certify them resulting in a proper plan that is approved immediately.
This plan is required for all site safety projects in accordance with Chapter 14 of the NYC Fire Code. Site Safety will ensure that your pre-fire plan has all of the requisite information for the fire department.
If a NYC project is designated a major building, a drawing or “site safety plan” must be approved by the NYC Department of Buildings in order to obtain a permit. Having an expert like Site Safety develop these plans ensures that they are accurate, compliant and the best possible product in the industry.

PROGRAMS
that keep your job site safe.
The Site Safety team can provide a complete safety program that is thoughtfully designed for your construction project or work environment. Programs shaped by Site Safety can range from OSHA-aligned corporate safety programs to site specific health and safety programs, and beyond.
Site Safety will create a Corporate Health and Safety Program that will incorporate OSHA standards, and when applicable, local regulations, into a concise safety document that will satisfy all requirements for a corporate program and include Company Policy, Disciplinary Policy, Safety Practices during construction and a zero tolerance drug free program.
The purpose of the Hazard Communication Program is to increase employee awareness of hazardous chemicals used in the workplace so that they can recognize known and potential hazards and take proactive measures to minimize harm to themselves, others, and the environment. The program includes GHS, SDS protocol, chemical discussion, PPE, etc.
An injury and illness prevention program is a proactive process to help employers find and fix workplace hazards before workers are hurt. These programs are required in California and can be effective at reducing injuries, illnesses, and fatalities.
The main goal of safety and health programs is to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and deaths, as well as the suffering and financial hardships these events can cause for workers, their families, and employers. Our recommended practice is a proactive approach to managing workplace safety and health. Traditional approaches are often reactive and are addressed only after a worker is injured or becomes sick, a new standard or regulation is published, or an inspector finds a problem that must be fixed. Recognizing and fixing hazards before they cause injury or illness is a far more effective approach.
Site Safety will review, revise, and make recommendations for a compliant corporate and/or site specific safety program.
Safe job programs are a series of specific steps that guide a worker through a task from start to finish in a chronological order. We design safe job procedures to reduce risks by minimizing potential exposure.
