Before coming to Site Safety as Counsel, Mr. Chillino worked as Director of Prosecutions for the Department of Buildings and represented construction interests for 15 years in his own legal practice. He has extensive experience appearing before numerous state and federal tribunals from ECB/OATH up to the New York State Court of Appeals. Mr. Chillino is admitted to the bar in New York, Texas, and the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
