A certified Site Safety Manager (SSM) is required on new construction or demolition sites that are 15 stories or taller, façade repairs, or having a footprint of 100,000 square feet. We will provide an SSM to monitor your project for compliance with the NYC Building Code and Department of Buildings Rules and Regulations in accordance with Chapter 33 and 3300 respectively.
