Local Law 10 of 2026: 2-Hour Mental Health Awareness Course Added to Site Safety Training Renewal Options.

Effective August 1, 2026, eligible renewal options for Site Safety Training (SST) Worker and Supervisor cards are updated to include the 2-Hour Mental Health Awareness course.

The 2-Hour Mental Health Awareness course may be used to renew a Site Safety Training (SST) card when completed together with either the 2-Hour Tool Box Talk course or the 2-Hour Pre-Task Meeting course. This procedural update to the SST card renewal process does not modify the requirements of Local Law 10 of 2026.
