Natasha is our Human Resources Director. With prior experience in the construction industry, she joined us in 2021 as an assistant to the Human Resources department, before being promoted a year later.

She is responsible for recruitment, benefits, employee relations, workplace safety and compliance.She serves as a primary link between management and employees, and uses her knowledge and experience to assist employees with an array of human resources issues.

She was valedictorian in high school and graduated from Plaza College with a degree in Business Administration.
