According to DOB’s 2021 report to the Mayor, only 22% of their violations were dismissed in 2021, and only 20% in 2020. Site Safety’s violation team obliterated the average, getting 60% of DOB violations dismissed in 2021, and 56% in 2020. How does our violation team get those extraordinary results?
