The Façade Inspection Safety Program (Local Law 11) requires that owners of buildings of more than six stories above grade have their exterior walls inspected every 5 years. A site safety plan is required to show all of the protections in place surrounding the façade project. We can draft these plans and self-certify them resulting in a proper plan that is approved immediately.
