10 Hour Site Safety Training

Description

This course along with the OSHA 30 hour card are required for an individual applying for a Site Safety Training card – Worker.

This course covers the 8 Hour Fall Prevention and 2 Hour Mental Health Awareness Training.

Objectives
  • Be generally familiar with terms associated with falls in construction.
  • Recognize, avoid and prevent fall hazards.
  • Be aware of regulatory safety requirements associated with falls, including OSHA’s Subpart M.
  • Learn how to make informed decisions when working at heights.
  • Understanding of the signs and symptoms of mental illness.
  • Define mental health.
  • Understand the importance of proper treatment for mental health issues.
  • Identify the working conditions that may help preventing mental health issues and those which may favor
