Effective November 7, 2022, The NYC Department of Buildings requires all owners to hire a special inspection agency to inspect their buildings for compliance with their Tenant Protection Plan (TPP) during construction.
The inspections are required at least once per week during ongoing construction.
All construction projects in residential occupied buildings require a TPP.
